FARMSTEAD ESTATES is a three story building with 48 living units. All units are designed the same and contain approximately 1200 square feet. Along with the living units each resident can enjoy large common areas containing many amenities to enhance life styles.
As a local builder and developer I am excited to offer this residential facility to the 55 and over community. The location of the project is in a fast growing area of Moorhead. Many conveniences are nearby including a Regional Park, Village Green Golf Course, several churches, walking paths, and easy access to many retail facilities. The site is over 3 acres of land that previously housed a small farmstead.
